For as long as I can remember, I have loved lace. When I was much younger, I was always fascinated by lace materials and I did my fair share of hand sewing with them. It’s no wonder then that I love lace stitches and I’m always tempted to incorporate lace stitches into my patterns.
I was really thrilled for an opportunity to collaborate with Elisabeth of Desamour Designs again and knew immediately that I would design a lace crochet cowl with a stitch pattern that is easy to remember.
The Lydia Lace Crochet Cowl is a quick project to work on and an absolute joy to make. The stitches are so easy to remember that you can Netflix and crochet at will. Just make sure you don’t get carried away and carry on crocheting way past the length you want! I’m so excited to share this pattern with you
All you need is 434 metres / 475 yards of worsted weight yarn (you will need less or more depending on the size you decide to crochet). I used Knit Picks Twill Worsted for my sample and it was an absolute pleasure to crochet with.
The pattern is available FREE on Desamour Designs’ Blog and you can access it here. You can also purchase an ad free PDF version from my website, Ravelry shop or my Etsy shop.
I’m really excited to share this pattern with you and I hope to see photos of your finished project on social media. Have fun and happy crocheting.
