Handmade by Kunbi is an independent UK-based creative business offering knitting and crochet patterns, craft accessories and related products.

After your order is submitted, you should receive an order confirmation by email.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund.
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.

Our knitting and crochet patterns are supplied as digital PDF downloads. No physical pattern will be posted to you.
Please check that you are purchasing the correct pattern before completing your order.
Digital patterns are non-refundable because digital files are supplied electronically and cannot be physically returned.
If you have difficulty accessing your download, or there is a genuine problem with the file, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
This does not affect your legal rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
All Handmade by Kunbi patterns, photographs, illustrations, written instructions and other original content are protected by copyright.
You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, resell, publish or upload our pattern files or instructions, whether in full or in part.
You may sell items made from Handmade by Kunbi patterns but please always credit and reference: Handmade by Kunbi.
Processing times, delivery services, international shipping, tracking and customs information are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates, and some delays may occur for reasons outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.
Returns, refunds, exchanges and issues with faulty or incorrect items are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits the rights you have under applicable consumer law.
International orders may be subject to customs requirements, taxes, duties or handling charges depending on the destination.
Where we offer a shipping service that allows applicable duties and taxes to be prepaid, these may be included as part of the shipping cost shown at checkout.
