We want your Handmade by Kunbi order to reach you safely and with as little fuss as possible.
Physical orders are sent from the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard delivery service.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a tracked service and usually aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
If you need your order sooner, Royal Mail Tracked 24 is also available as an upgraded delivery option at checkout
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 3–5 working days for physical orders to be prepared and dispatched.
During particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
Digital knitting and crochet patterns are not posted. They are supplied electronically as downloadable PDF files after successful payment.
We currently ship physical orders to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked services where available. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.
At present, we do not ship physical products to countries in the European Union. This is due to additional product safety and compliance requirements introduced under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
We may review EU shipping again in the future.
If you are outside the countries listed above and would like to make a purchase, please contact us and we’ll be happy to see whether delivery can be arranged.
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties and customs fees are collected at checkout and shown separately from the shipping cost. These charges are prepaid by Handmade by Kunbi as part of the delivery process, so you should not normally be asked to pay additional import duties when your parcel arrives.
For orders shipped to Canada, Australia and New Zealand, any import duties, taxes or customs/handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your local customs authorities and are outside Handmade by Kunbi’s control.
Please check your country’s import rules if you’re unsure whether charges may apply.
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.
UK and international delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
International orders may occasionally take longer due to customs checks, local postal services or other delays outside our control.
Where a tracked service is used, we’ll send you tracking details after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your parcel enters the carrier’s network.
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to change or redirect it.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage may be required before we can send it again.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first.
