I started knitting and crocheting at the age of 8 and although I abandoned the craft from when I was a teenager until well into my 30s, I pretty much hit the ground running when I decided to pick up my knitting needles and crochet hooks again. I haven’t looked back since. Handmade by Kunbi was born when I started getting custom orders and subsequently started writing patterns.
I’m a medical writer during the day, a wife and mummy to a very energetic six year old going on sixteen and a baby girl born in June 2018. I enjoy writing and I have authored a few blogs during different seasons in my life.
I’m a coffee lover who loves to read, listen to music, write worship songs inspired by a heart filled with awe and wonder for God, and hang out with my family. I enjoy laughing all the laughs and making people laugh.

So, I designed this beaut of a yoke sweater in 2020 but never released the pattern. One main reason is because it’s a bottom up yoke sweater and I’m very much aware that most knitters prefer top down yoke sweaters. My plan has been to rework the pattern, so it’s a top down but I would love to get your thoughts.
Would you knit this as a top down or bottom up yoke sweater?
